Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
International deliveries are carried out by DHL International. However shipping within Europe is available only by Hermes. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for express delivery and special orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Risk of Loss
When you purchase an item from Buyfrom.de two kinds of shipment method is offered. One is “International Shipping” and the other one is “International Shipping with Tracking“. The latter one offers you to reduce risk of lost of item/s. Therefore, the responsibility is belongs to you while you make an payment for given shipping options. We kindly inform you that, we do not offer any refund carried out with “International Shipping” option and also we do not provide any other identical product for lost items. However, a package may be lost or misplaced in a rare cases, but we kindly advice you shipment method “International Shipping with Tracking” in order to avoid such kinds of circumstances.
